Stress

Stress stemming from psychological factors has a very strong physical presence. You can have the feeling of collapsing, having many different physical symptoms that tells you something is wrong in your body. It is often your body’s way of telling you that something is wrong and you are not listening. Often times stress arises because you take on too much work or critique from people in your life. Often you will be a person who is an overachiever and a person who is used to managing a lot. But everyone has a breaking point and when you get overly stressed to the point where you’re physically suffering, you’ve found the breaking point. What we will do is to make sure that you understand how you got there and how to prevent it in the future. We will make sure that you have alternative actions to situations that will normally stretch you too far.
